Worst customer service. Slow reply time and very difficult to make an appointment when they can't be bothered taking the time to do so in a manner suiting the client. Using their website contact form options apparently means nothing either. Repeated requests to book via email resulted in an unsolicited phone call putting me on the spot which is not ok!. The opposite of what I wanted. I do not recommend this company at all. I have found a suitable appointment elsewhere that was quick and easy to book online. Would definitely avoid this place if you can as it's not worth the time of day.

Went in for a scheduled skin check. They were spot on for timing. Done in ten minutes. Will go back in six months for another. Recommended.
