Worst haircut experience yet. Booked in for a classic cut and blow wave. Not only was the guy late by half an hour he then was rude and made it very clear he could not be bothered. He tried to get out of washing my hair, then when I said that I would like it washed as that is part of what I booked in for, he then chose some products that made my hair dry and knotty at the ends ( my hair isn't usually knotty) he then ripped at it with the comb and hacked at the ends complaining about how thin and knotty it was. Not sure what he did but my hair is now much shorter without that fresh cut feeling. Wouldn't go back if you payed me.
