Pre-ordered at 2pm 3 value range pizzas and 2 sides to be picked up at 6:30. When I arrived my order wasn't even on the screen. It took them another half hour to get my order (which started cooking AFTER I arrived at my pickup time) Did not apologize for the wait or even acknowledge that they had apparently forgotten my order until I arrived. Absolutely terrible experience

The pizza was very tasti; bought the hamburger pizza;. Loved it so much especially the sauce I bought another one. The Hawaiian pizza was tasty and cooked well. Highly recommend Domino's Pizza Whitby; oh the price very reasonable especially when there is last overs for lunch the next day.

Ordered a 30 new Yorker pizza. Arrived lukewarm with barely anything on it. Ate it as it was 30 min late and was over it and hungry. Won't be buying again. "Topping" (used loosely) was less than melted cheese. Yes, it's supposed to be a thin pizza but.. ...no. 3

Was served by Krishima (name tag was obscured not sure if that’s her name), we arrived in the shop just as the screen said “ready” Krishima was on her cellphone. Without washing her hands or putting on gloves she then scratched her nose and continued preparing the pizzas. The pizza was 10 minutes later than the screen saying “ready” so the screen no longer showed my name and she subsequently couldn’t find the order. Then it was called as ready and she was surprised. Just a really off putting experience.

hands down the grossest pizza ive ever ordered, an hour late with no explanation, had to reheat it in the oven before eating it. always have pretty average experiences but the lateness, rudeness, untidiness of the delivery driver and the old burnt chicken wing sauce (did not order chicken wings) on the bottom of my pizza was just unbelievable. will not be going back.
