I have never seen a pathetic person like Igor in my entire life. He has no courtesy to reply back and commit fake promises of replacing my fridge. I have been emailing him since last year December 2018, still no response from him. I don't care for my money nor his replacement now, but only one thing I would love to tell these guys that never ever cheat people like us who pay for your services. God will show them their deeds. I will give 0 stars to them they don't even deserve a star.

Emailed Igor about an element I could buy off him. He was fast in responding to my questions. Saying he had it in stock. But as soon as I deposited the funds into his account for the item and postage. I never heard from him or it was very hard to get ahold of him. It took two weeks for the item to travel 20kms.And then when I got it, it was the wrong size. I would never never never never buy anything from him again. NEVER!!! Buyer Beware.
Absolute joke of a service. Bought a fridge with a year's warranty, arrived with a faulty seal and broken light. After a lot of attempts, got the light fixed but was brushed off about the seal and now it's much worse. Requested a service, they named a day then never arrived. Now they're not responding to my emails, messages or calls. Don't use this place. No regard to customers at all.
Fast efficient, great customer service you can trust! These guys deserve every success!!
