Nice and clean rooms with friendly staff. Few essential items available in the resort. Walking distance to hot water beach. One can hire shovels for digging at beach.

Great camp ground, well staffed during our visit. Plenty of activities for the kids. Good amenities and always found in clean condition. Nice cafe which covers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Well respected quiet times at night. Very family friendly with only short walk to the hot water beach. Highly recommend!

Best holiday park in New Zealand! The range of accommodation is outstanding, the facilities clean and well stocked with everything you need. Lots of activities for the kids to keep them entertained for hours; bouncing pillow, 4 person bikes, playground, swings, kids program in summer and the Great Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Weekend. Plenty of space to spread out or find your own private hideaway in the native bush if you are camping. If you want luxury they have uniquely designed cabins and villas with ensuites and kitchenette etc. A well stocked store has everything you need in case you have forgotten to bring something as well as spade hire for the amazing hot pools a 10min walk away and lots of other beach gear.Will definitely come back again and again!

Absolutely loved it! Plenty of things to rave about... Nice clean facilities, super helpful and friendly staff. Spent Easter weekend here, kids loved the organised treasure hunt.. Queen of hearts was a hit, oh and the extra chocolate eggs.Live music too. The pedal cars were also a great time! An onsite store with all the nesessities and much more, even bikinis . Oh and you can buy a real coffee here!! So good! Only a short walk to dig a hot water hole too. We'll definately be back.

We loved staying here for 3 nights. The camp is peaceful. Plenty of kids for ours to make friends with. Lots to entertain them and safe. No pool, but the beach isn't far away anyway. Good base for cathedral cove and hot water beach.

Excellant camping ground.. extremely well managed and run... Staff are GENUINE and its only a.7.minute walk to a great EAST COAST NEW ZEALAND surf beach and cafe.... we stayed in a cabin and it was perfect...... We will definately be back and soon.... for a multi night stay.... We come from Queenstown
