She is very patient, caring and overall brilliant customer service specialists, who is willing to walk a mile in customer shoes to find a way to accommodate her customers requests. Bravo! I've changed to North shore straight after i bought the car last year due to very bad customer service in greenlane. All my due services were done in North Shore and I can't be more happy. I bought my subaru Forester from the sale consultant Eric. Very impressed with his knowledge about the car and customer service manner. He also anwsered my questions via Wechat about the car after I made the purchase. So overall I highly recommend this dealership to people who want to buy new vehicles.

Have had possibly the worst customer service experience ever with the team at Winger North Shore. Purchased my car from them in July last year and a big sell factor for me was the 3 year service plan offer valued at 699. I was under the impression after voicing it serval times that we wanted the service plan added only to find out yesterday after the cars first year service i was due to pay 342 (?! daylight robbery regardless) because i didn't have the service plan added at the time of purchase. Was then told it was my fault for not "checking it was on my invoice". Not once did the sales team at time of purchase say to me "are you sure you don't want the service plan" yet repeatedly tried to push the 500 paint protection add on. Have found out this same situation has happened to a friend. There is no way I would have driven 40 minutes out of my way to Winger Wairau and paid nearly double for what the car should have been serviced at if I had of known this. It sounds like this is common practice with your team to advertise an offer but not be clear something requested has not been added. I will never go back to Wairau and will strongly recommend no one else to go back. Absolute thieves.

I would like to provide a feedback for Eric Yuan at Wingers North Shore. I live by Greenlane and went there to find out information about the new Jimny to purchase, and the people there did not seem interested at all (maybe because i was in my football gear heading for training). When i called the north shore branch and spoke to Eric, then went to meet him the next day (he really made a great impression and not a typical car sales man), he was genuinely interested in providing me all the information including what NOT to spend extra money on. He looked after me very well through out the 5-6 months wait, and always answered any of my questions no matter how silly it was. Genuine sales person who takes care of his customers the old school style, and not a snake like the car sales guys at greenlane. Thank you Eric for looking after me and also the car, it looks great and thank you for recommending the service plan it's well worth it. Amazing person needs a pay rise. Anyone buying a new vehicle go and see Eric at North Shore Winger, he will really look after you.
