I found XpressTrailers great to deal with. We had a problem with the first trailer being to small to correctly fit the boat and they were very proactive in helping upgrade us to the next size up. This trailer works a treat, and it is a joy winching the boat onto it.

These guys really know their business and nothing was too much trouble. "Braiden Dyer" is almost certainly the creation of the imagination of a malicious competitor who dosent have the guts to compete on a fair play Kiwi basis. The records show that the only two reviews 'he' has ever written are both totally negative to Aakron and our now merged sister company Xpress Trailers. Neither Google nor Facebook can find any such person in NZ and neither our computer, or that of Xpress, or our staff have any record of us ever having dealt with anyone of that name for a trailer or parts. We are proud of our customer service record and anyone who has actually dealt with us and done their homework will know that our prices and quality are easily the best in NZ which is why we are growing so rapidly, and have such high approvals by everyone except the imaginary "Braiden Dyer"

Pricing for spares are absolutely ridiculous and unjustifiable for why they are so high especially compared to other companies. I also found compared to other companies customer service to be appalling and that the time to make a trailer is ludicrous and takes forever to actually get it.
