I have had Ian do a number of jobs on watches for me. His knowledge and expertise is impressive. He is very pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced and I would unreservedly recommend him. It is a great asset having a watchmaker of his calibre living locally and I shall certainly continue to use him whenever a watch needs looking at.
Nice place to visit, especially seeing the craftsman working on my watch. Dealt with my watch while I waited, and a reasonable price- no eftpos, but thankfully I had that rare commodity- cash.
Ok so I didnt have much luck with Ian, either I caught him on bad days or he just didnt like my 80's cheap clock. He didn't listen and didn't seem to care as he put black hands on a black clock with a black background :( but at least it works, not that i can read it
