We first contacted Kim Cook at Simpson and Co Otaki, late last year, prior to placing our property on the market as a Private Sale. We found Kim to be professional and easy to communicate with. We contacted her a number of times over a 6 month period and she was always happy to answer any questions we had. Her service was outstanding and the time she gave very much appreciated. The sale of our property eventually went through a real estate agency and all the necessary paperwork/communication was performed by Kim and Simpson and Co with ease and exceptional thoroughness-their fees were also very reasonable! Had jim as my family lawyer ..after a local old Maori man put a curse on the kids mother ....spent 6k just to see him on the last day agree with her lawyer in sending my little girl back to otaki to live in squaller ....the kids mother lied under oath saying she was no longer with this man who had makutued her...and then had 3 kids to him not long after....sadly there are no winners in the family court just people like Jim filling his pockets
