I bought a new back pack from this store on Sunday. I wanted one for long distance cycling for both commuting and casual day trips. Staff really knew their products and were super helpful and friendly. The lady that served me spent a bit of time helping me test out each backpack making sure it met my personal preferences and needs. I probably spent a little more than I originally intended but now I have taken the pack out on a few trips it was totally worth it and I'm so grateful for her advice. My receipt says that my cashier was Jackie so thank you so much Jackie!

This is a great place to shop. they have a good range and don't stock rubbish. The staff are knowledgeable expereinced outdoor people so you can get great advice. Completely different experience to some of the other outdoor shops.

I bought a bunch of stuff for my upcoming hike because the staff were very helpful and they have some products that are well revered on the internet and you can't get them anywhere else. And good deals during clearance

Rude, unfriendly, and ignorant staff. Was one of two customers in the entire store for almost 30 mins yesterday and not one single word nor even an acknowledgement from the two staff members on the floor. Decided to go Torpedo 7 to spend almost 5k on outdoor equipment. Not even worth a one star
