Went to the Tower Junction store looking for a surf board leash, Leighton helped me out and sorted me with the correct size fitted it to my board aswell. While doing so also checked over my board and made sure I was good to go! I'm completely new to surfing and his customer service and knowledge made me feel confident about getting on the water. Big Ups to Leighton, you're a legend

Had reason to go in and buy a couple of spokes today. The young guy who served me was really helpful as the spokes were not of a common size and we had to search a bit. But he found them. So thanks for your patience and good service. You are a credit to the business.

I purchased a new E-bike from Torpedo 7 the sales person had low technical knowledge but the sale went ok. Their after sales service is hopeless, they have never answered a phone call and take a day or more to answer messages. I have been unable to make contact to book a suitable date for the free six week bike check. After trying multiple times and branches. I recommend purchasing from a company that cares about after sales support.

I had a tyre/brake problem with my electric scooter on a Sunday. There's not a lot of bike repair places open on a Sunday, and even those that are, there's no guarantee of being able to get same day repair. Torpedo 7 at Tower Junction were open, and fitted my scooter into their days schedule for repair. Great knowledgeable guys in the workshop to deal with. Job was done, reasonably priced, along with with great text communication for progress and pickup. I can thoroughly recommend.

Terrible after sales service!!! Picked up the online purchased bike from the store however noticed the chain rubbing front derailleur on the first day. Went back to the same store the next day had it checked by a service crew the bike was fine. Instead being told to adjust myself to the new bike which does not make sense to me at all. Raised the issue to their online customer support team asking for the purchase order number, photos of the purchased bike and issue areas to be sent to info.torpedo7 mailbox. Subsequent email communications with next corresponding support crew was not helpful - all the requested information being provided yet being instructed to visit the same store and reiterate my issues. Complete waste of time. Overall very poor experience so it is a big not recommended.
