Lady at the counter was the rudest person I have met in NZ. I have been booked in for 5 days to get a regular service on my vehicle after 3 hours nothing has been done and then I get told that someone will call me if there's a room for me later in a day. If I wouldn't call back myself nobody would even get back in touch with me. Went to town to see other garage, best decision I made..

Went to do a car check and ask for 30mins fee when it's done within 15mins. Called for appointment but waited for almost an hour! Quote me a price for fixing 6 times higher than another place where I've fixed my car somewhere else. Their quote was about 2 hours labour fee while other place done in 30mins without ordering any unnecessary parts. What a high class service center leave me speechless.
Rang on the off chance to get my Ute serviced . They fitted us in and have done a great job also at a very reasonable price. Due to the weather they dropped us off and picked us up. Thanks to the team at Martin O’Connor Auto Service for the great service Highly recommended Clive
