This might be a bit of outdated but last year I walked in wanting to book a test drive - the salesperson said unfortunately for my preferred time they don't have the car for me but I could do the test drive if one of their customers drops his/her car for a service. I didn't even know how to respond - was 90% sure I would go with a Subaru car but it completely changed my mind :( Updates I appreciated the reply and I do believe you guys have improved your service :)

I received excellent service from the Service Manager here. My vehicle was purchased used from Armstrong Subaru and would likely have been at the lower end of the scale price wise for them. Nevertheless they were very responsive and went well out of their way for me when it needed some work done. Franchise dealers can get a bit of a rep for overcharging and not really caring but my car was well looked after and also returned much cleaner than it was when I gave it to them! Thank you.

I would give 0 star if I could for the poorest service in town. The lady on the service desk needs some manners. She hung up on me in between the conversation which was only my intro. When I called back thinking the call might have dropped, she started with " What do you want?" I want some respect lady as everyone else.

Terrible service. Reception staff don't have a clue what's going on. Il be taking my car for its servicing elsewhere
