It's not very often you find a shop that actually cares about how the customer actually feels. I wasn't mad about the initial price but rather disappointed because I knew the amount of "labour" that went into getting my car up & running. Carlos called me the next day, apologised and asked how much I was happy to pay and refunded me the remaining amount....if that's not going above and beyond the call of duty I don't know what is. Great stuff!
