It was awesome to come in first thing this morning (after a lengthy lockdown) to find not only superb customer service, but also an incredible range of clearance items. Was lucky enough purchase a number of items for a great price. Will definitely be back for more stuff.

Had a bad experience with customer service today. Wanted to find out if I could exchange the item for a different size with just a bank transaction records only(purchased 2 weeks ago and lost the original receipt). But instead of politely explaining the policies, the staff member was responding suspiciously and unfriendly and not willing to assist. Made us feel very unwelcome as a customer. I don’t think I’ll go back there again. However, the quality of clothes is good and the other person who was assisting with initial purchase was very helpful and friendly.
