Five stars is not enough, I bought a rod and reel from another store and I was never happy with the reel, took it back a couple of times and they said there was nothing they could do, I went to Burnsco Mt Wellington to replace the reel, took in the Rod and Reel so I could get a matching reel, they did not have a suitable reel on their shelf but one of their guys showed me how to pull apart and adjust the casting weights, I have just been to the Mokes for three days and the reel is now perfect. They did themselves out of a sale but have won a fan who will sing their praises.

Exceptional customer service. I came in with some old greasy bearings that I was having trouble tracking down and Brent's customer service was exceptional. He jumped in straight away, didn't mind getting his hands dirty and after exhausting everything they had to offer, gave me some leads of where to check next.
