We bought a used vehicle from the dealership and dealt with Ian Koen who was fantastic. He was friendly and helpful in helping us choose the right vehicle by understanding our needs and made appropriate recommendations. The entire process was easy and we didn’t feel pressured at all. Even though it’s a used vehicle, Ian and the team made sure that they groom the vehicle the best they could and was extremely satisfied with the condition at delivery. During delivery, Ian also took his time to explain the details of the features and made sure we know what’s there and things to take note of including after sales servicing. Steve was also great and easy to deal with. Entire experience was top notch and definitely the best customer experience compared to all other premium car dealerships we have been to. Will definitely go back for our next BMW!
We experienced and amazing customer service by Lane Dawson. A very calm, confident and professional individual. From the time we met with him to the day of the delivery, Lane made sure that our requirements were met, all the safety features etc was shown and explained in detail and there was no push for a quick sale. We are now proud owners of a brand new BMW X1. And with such a great standard of service received from Lane we hope it's the same across the entire Organization. Lane and the team from BMW were so amazing to work with. They were friendly, efficient, and great at communicating with me. Nothing was too much trouble for Lane and he kept me updated throughout the whole process of buying and trading in my old car. The young SA lady is great and always friendly with an added bonus of getting me the perfect coffee every time. Service staff are also very friendly and extremely helpful. What a great dealership experience which adds to the BMW experience. I wish all drivers knew what sheer driving pleasure means!
