We went there for our first wedding anniversary and were delighted by the hospitality, as well as the range and quality of food

This place is great for a cheap dinner that's all you can eat! 25 for an adult is really good. Make your own meal and other food options you can just grab while you wait till yours is being cooked! Lovely staff! Very friendly place and there is even dessert with pan cakes they make!! Really enjoyed and recommend this restaurant!!!

Food was good, communication was appalling, person making the booking was not informed of people not turning up would still need to be paid for Eg you book a table for 30 people, 12 turn up, you still have to pay for 30 people This was not made aware whilst booking was being made, was verbally abused and chased out demanding everything to be paid, everyone who had come and eaten had paid, but still required the absentees to be paid for. Understandable but was not made clear when the booking was made

Absolutely terrible service. Food was undercooked, and the mac n cheese had a horrible taste of vinegar through it. Experience was not good, we had made quite a large booking for a birthday and about 10ish people did not show up for unknown reasons. Yes we except that we did make the booking for 40odd and 10 people not showing up isn't exceptable however, when we went to pay the owner screamed and shouted at us in front of our kids and guest demanding that we pay for the seats that weren't filled. We tried to explain that we just didn't have the money because everyone was paying for themselves and we were really sorry that the others didn't show up. The lady called us mongrels and dogs and swore at us to get out even after other workers there were telling her to calm down and leave it be. My family and friends were all willing to put extra towards to bill to apologise for the empty seats but after that we ended up just leaving. Will not ever visit here again.

Was very disappointed with how we were spoken to. Terrible communication. Food was okay. Just very poor treatment by 1 staff member. Even her colleagues looked apalled at her actions. Not how I would choose to spend another Birthday.

Food was average, however the payment that was demanded for people that were unable to attend was handle disgustingly, then the anger and aggression followed by verbal abuse definitely destroyed our birthday celebration. Will not be return to this establishment
