Fantastic range of k beauty brands and they usually have great sales too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Always give samples which is great if you are wanting to try k beauty brands if not familiar with them. Check out process is good because you search your own account so you're not having to give a thousand details verbally.

Brought an entire set of kbeauty products for the first time (10 products!) plus 10 pack of snail bee face masks from Hikoco. Staff were absolutely helpful - Kate and Nat to be specific. Love the look and feel of the products, looking forward to trying them all soon! Have already told my friends about the great service and products from Hikoco! Looking forward to becoming a loyal customer!
I used to buy my skincare products internationally because there wasn't many stores that sell Korean brand at a decent price (that I knew of). I discovered this store through their Sylvia Park pop-up store. I purchased online a cleanser that I'm running out literally yesterday (afternoon) and it got delivered this morning!! I'm very impressed at the speed and at such a low shipping cost too! Will definitely revisit when I need to restock! \u003c3
Appreciate the second location in Auckland, although this store is considerably smaller than the Queen St location. Super friendly staff, decent range of products. Highly recommend for all your Korean skincare and makeup needs
Such a cute store with a really strong brand and awesome design concept itself. Shopping in here is an experience on its own. Products are all laid out very attractively. Whilst the store is small it packs a really wide range of Korean beauty brands and products. The focus is definitely more on skincare than makeup though. The staff member was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Friendly and helpful staff. The Korean skincare range has been kind to both my skin and my wallet, I will continue purchasing through Hikoco. They also have an online store which offers free shipping on purchases over 50. This is really handy if you're outside of Auckland :)
