The WORST rent experience ever, The Van I hired in really poor condition and very dirty, a door was opened once while driving. So be careful if they give you the van with last three plate number 156, And as a service provider, I’ll mark their service ZERO. Based on my car and van rental experience in NZ from other company, after I return the vehicle, they will email me an invoice which will include every ticket and toll road fee I’ve got, and I’ll pay in once, but in this company, they will wait for your toll road fee expired and ask you pay the fine and charge your extra “service” fee! A real service should be helping your customer not to pay the fine, not help yourself make more money in a tricky way!

I made a decision several years ago to not own a car. Since then I have been a regular customer of Hireace, when Ive needed to go out of town. This strategy has proved very successful, due mostly to Hireace's competitive prices, and enhanced by the amazing customer service from the staff. Its a pleasure to visit them and they have been unfailingly welcoming and and cheerful in all my dealings with them. Keep it up, Hireace !!
Hire ace staff were great. We had hired a truck - unfortunately due to covid we were unable to use the truck and were 4-5 hours outside of the full refund time, and only offered 50% refund. We discussed circumstances and they were generous enough to fully refund us. Thanks again.
