Shifted a Mum and 2 Rugrats down from Christchurch in their 14 m³ truck. Didn't have to pay a bond, great staff. Far cheaper then anything Truck hire places in Christchurch or who I rung around Timaru. Drive on my Normal Car license (Class 1). Would highly recommend

My friend hired a stump gringer and got a stump shredder. Poor maintenance on some kit at this place

Item returned and checked back in. Couple of weeks later comes an invoice with damage charges, no contact about anything. After reading fully their T&C, I wouldn't ever hire again " Immediately on request by Timaru Hire the Client will pay: all costs of repairing any damage caused by the ordinary use of the Equipment..."
Hired a truck to move my furniture from Orari to Timaru, very happy with the size, and super stoked with the price of hiring it, I booked one in by email, so easy, customer service is friendly, with a great sense of humor from the team. A will be back again in the distant future thank you.
