Broken trans.. they kept my car for months, made little effort to source a transmission, called me very rarely in that time, in the end I had to pay to get it towed out and they left me with a trashed car without a transmission. The first loan car had no WoF, the second one broke down and stank and had no breakdown cover. Useless doesn't even begin to describe it. I had it towed to kaspa in the first place because I already knew it needed a new trans and they said they could sort it. Obviously they didn't bother to check parts availability or didn't believe the previous mechanic and somehow thought it was fixable but either way this turned out not to be true. I then had about 3 contacts from them in the months they had it - not good enough. Their 'searching' was basically waiting for the part to appear on their search system. I suggested looking for ads on trademe but they indicated they don't do that but I could if do it if I like. Service is shocking. Edit in response to comments: this is an entirely fair summary of a terrible service. If you want better reviews, offer a better service instead of making excuses and fighting with customers. .).
