Great place to shop. We bought couple of travel/hiking backpacks and the manager was very helpful in explaining the usage and functionality of them in detail. We would like to thank for his time and sharing the knowledge with us during a busy day. Products are of high quality in Macpac and if you are looking for travel gear, they are the specialists.

I took two of our macpac backpacks in for repair. The customer service provided by Yu and by the manager who also assisted was outstanding. Friendly and effective. And very pleased with repair to both packs at very reasonable cost.
Great place to buy stuff like rain jacket, warm jacket, backpack, tent and many other accessories needed for picnic, trekking etc... It is authentic Macpac shop, so everything is a original stuff. They keep having sales to get stuff for a good discount\u200b. Otherwise it may end up being a expensive deal.

Went to return a product, the staff weren't too helpful. Asked to call customer care.
Good store with lots of selections. Pay and display on street parking. Good bargains when on special. Friendly staff. But cell phone reception is poor inside the store so if you want to use your cell phone to show websites or Afterpay, nothing happens due to poor reception. Not a major though and recommending a visit.
