staff are always super friendly and smiley. I love the drinks here, very hydrating and sweet. I like the fruit teas especially the lychee green tea. The jellies and popping bobas are also very nice. highly recommend.

The bubble tea here just isn't very good. I've been here a few times to try different flavours and they are all bland. Not enough actual bubble tea flavour compared to other places. And only one person working at a time so wait times can be long, they need to add a second person so the same person isn't taking orders and making the drinks.

Staff were very friendly, and the store was very clean. However, their drinks were a big let down. The pearls weren't soft or chewy, and the tea was dilute without a taste of tea or brown sugar.

Best bubble tea I’ve ever had! Also love how they are being environmentally conscious with their paper cups etc. So happy we have this at Northwest now!
