I went on 20th and bought 9 cups of gongcha wasnt to the standard, ask the staff to make it again and they started to argue, every saturdays i buy juices from there for staffs but no going there any more will give my business somewhere else. Waste of money.

We were 2nd in the queue today. Feidnly nd fast service. Tasty tea with unique combinations and heaps variations to choose from. Highly recommended. Expect to wait during peak foot traffic.

Visited at 5.30 pm on Tuesday the 9th Feb. Refused to purchase anything due to the service being terrible. Was ignored for a short while then when I asked a simple question, I was given a snappy aggressive reply. I will not be shopping here.

Wide variety of hot and cold tea, brewed tea, coffee, smoothies, creative mix and lots of toppings. friendly service bang outside KMart at 1st floor. Health series drinks are great. Moderately priced.

Like every negative reviews on here, they can easily win the most terrible customer service award, especially the dude who always shout at the staffs, and I sometimes wonder if the case should be reported, but the staffs don't seem to care anyway. And if you plan to buy from this store, the minimum waiting time is 3 minutes, with or without queue, just in case if you're in a hurry.

Not sure why but the teas at all of the Gongchas including St Luke's are not as fragrant anymore and taste kind of soapy. Ordered a grapefruit green tea, honey tea and lemon tea. They tasted like the bottled teas you can buy at asian supermarkets, but not as nice and more expensive.
