Finding a house to rent seems a mission nowadays but that wasn't the case with NZinvest. My wife viewed the first house that she didn't like but got Sara Davidson's phone number. We called her a few days later and she was so helpful and helped us view a new property outside her working hours. Verbal deal was done on the spot. Super helpful. Easy to approach anytime, doesn't matter how busy they are. A Big Big Thanks

Telemarketing company I requested have my contact detail and number removed and again they called to sign us up for passive income. No thanks.
I'm not entirely sure what this outfit does or what it's 'advice' product looks like, but I'm sick of getting cold calls from them. Also, the multiple 5 star reviews below look pretty dubious to me (all written in the same style by a large number of people who have only ever written 1 review each...)
These guys are a telemarketing, cold calling, B.s company with no manners. Avoid at all costs, the 5 star reviews are fake
Sara from NZ invest in Tauranga helped us find a family home to rent. She was very helpful and professional to deal with. she even helped negotiate the date we could move in which we were grateful for. She was very friendly and made the entire process smooth and effortless. Highly recommend.
Great company to have with you as you move into investing in residential real estate. Sourcing, purchasing, maintaining, managing and tenanting services all taken care of, and they also offer management of your end of year tax responsibilities. I have bought three properties through NZ Invest, and can highly recommend their service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and solid rental property stock take a lot of the worry out of investing for your retirement. Give them a call - it's well worth it!
