First comment in my life: 1. None of employees tell customer there's surcharge applies if purchase by debit card. 2. The Cafe denies to refund although they overcharge customer's expense. 3. In Zomato says the avocado with cream on top is 9.50 NZD but in Cafe is 11.00 NZD which is very wrong information and charged of 11.24 NZD 4. Purchase through debit on paywave considered as a credit card. 5. After having the avocado shake, had diarrhea for several hours due to the employees touched the avocado with their hands, not with gloves on. 6. Had to overwalk to bank to ask if debit purchase considered as a credit card, they said debit is debit and credit is credit. 7. Will never visit that Cafe again because of feeling scammed. 8. Employees must speak to customers in English but they first spoke in Chinese which is not reasonable. 9. None of employees care if there's a customer waiting to make an order. 10. They don't seem to know what food and hygiene is: no gloves, they speak when make the shake. How do customers know if their spit might drop in the cup? These are factors that I will never ever visit again

I was order a grape fruit tea, but they give me two slices orange without asking. So sad.
Like the taste and come quite often. But I got a very poor costumer service from the waiter when I came on 7th, the guy was rude and also forgot to put the fruit slice into my fruit tea. Still gonna come back again, but hope the manager can give your staff more training.
They do love to play loud music for what seems to be a minimalistic and modern vibe they are trying to go for. Love the couch seats and how spacious it is but can get quite cold while sitting down for a long time. Outerjacket is a must. Standard service. Drinks are great depending on what you get. The fruit teas are good and visually very attractive. Their bobba has been consistent and cooked to be perfectly chewy (really appreciate this). Actually this is the one place where I was feeling slightly bloated after intake of tapioca. Although not crazy many selection of hot drinks, I would go back because it's so close from home, love the interior and decent drinks.

Its absolutely horrible..not even actual milk tea totally ruined my tastebuds.. the green tea was just bitter water with salt. Really dont recommend this place rather have hulucat next door :):(
