I went in here to give my car it's first service. I was extremely pleased with the service I got. Everything was explained to me and the reason why things need to be changed was shown to me so I could see why it had to be done. The price was as I expected to pay and the car runs and sounds better than when I got it. Will be heading over again with my wife's car.

The shop owner Mo, is honest and reliable. He advises what is best for us (and the car), and does not push for a sale. They are very busy on weekends, so sometimes may take some time to speak to the team. But once they take on the work, they take the time to do a good job. After most repairs, Mo will show the old piece that was removed and explain what was wrong, which is a nice gesture. My parents also visit Mo's shop now. Keep up the good work team Pit stop at Botany.
