I changed oil two weeks ago. I bought my own oil and filter (Castrol Edge 5W 30 full synthetic) and paid 40 for change. When job finished, I drove car and reached home. I was really surprised to see that they did not put back my remaining oil. I called them, they replied we have thrown remaining oil. I trust them in good faith but they cheated me. They thrown my oil without asking me. They are really bad people, they are not professionals. No body can trust them.

I took my car locally to Pitstop Onehunga due to lockdowns & not being near usual garage close to work & was really happy. As a single mother I felt things were explained in language I could "almost" understand & was very comfortable that I was communicated with about everything. The price was ok but it's more that I felt confident in their honestly . In fact I have now sent my teenage daughters car there & she has also felt the same way as her first experience dealing with car repairs etc. highly recommended

Pitstop Onehunga was extremely helpful to me when my car broke down in Onehunga. I called the shop and someone came to meet me at my car within 5/10 minutes of the call. My car was checked and fitted with a new battery with such a fast turn around and the man who helped me was amazing and calming in a stressful situation. They were so helpful and very generous.
