Arrived in the morning with a load of things to sort, not expecting to get it all sorted. By the end of the day had a call to say it was all sorted and ready to pick up. Lucky for me we got away for the long weekend the next day and the wife.let me live... (this time..) Great service!

My mum came here yesterday to get her car checked for WOF. She said the mechanic took her car somewhere else to get the WOF done and also fixed her tyre which had a nail punctured. When she got home she opened the boot and discovered that there was oil emptied everywhere. She discovered that her OWN bottle of power steering fluid was emptied with the lid shut tight in the bottom section of the boot. The bottle was full and placed at the top section of her boot, so someone definitely touched it. Absolutely unprofessional behavior, go to VTNZ for WOF not here!!! Don't understand why someone would do this???
I brought my car to do WOF two weeks ago. My car got damaged during the time I left the car there. They told me they don't know what happened and they will check their CCTV and let me know. I rang their manager many times and texted them to ask what they fInd on CCTV. But they didn't reply me. I have reported to police and my insurance company. I think they had my car damaged so they don't want to check or show us their CCTV. This is so disgusting.I hope police will have an investigation.

Excellent experience here! Got my wof and service done and was able to Genoapay. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Will be back for future services etc.
Poor workmanship and too highly priced, avoid this place, had 1 ignition coil replaced cost nearly 400 and takes seconds to remove so curious as to know why they charge so much when a new part cost only 60 seriously people look at other places,i shouldn't have got my partner to bring my car here , i had another ignition coil replaced by Jim's automotive in picton, they charged 200 to replace UPDATE: I have emailed Vinod and he hasnt replied, so I'm continuing to say to everybody to avoid this over priced workshop, they took advantage of my partner which is disgusting, typical Indian behavior in a hard times especially now we're in a recession

WORST EVER!!!! The team don't car of costumers, very bad also their prices are so expensive unbelievable two times more than average and I think they have no idea what they are doing at work, sounds like they don't have enough knowledge!
