Came to Shorecare twice last week for both of my kids. Just want to thank the kind nurses and especially to Dr. Rory who diagnose my kids carefully and went into detail on the treatments for both cases. He's very friendly, gave my toddler a high five and overall really made my kids feel at ease. Even my toddler said 'that was fun' after the visit and wanted to come back, so thank you again.

Good friendly staff at the admin counter. Place was informative to answer all your questions. the staff helped me and my partner all the way and explained the process from start to end as it was our first time. Waiting wasn't too bad. Waited for about an hour an half to be attended by the doctor. Best thing is it is open 24*7. Would recommend if you need any urgent care on the shore.

It was due to an emergency April 13 at night, the service was good but I had to return for the same situation the next day I waited more than two hours just to have a dressing changed, the reception girl was rude from the moment I arrived, I asked her for a medical report and her gave me a paper that did not have my complete report, the person who attended me suggested that they give me an appointment for tomorrow, the girls at the reception did not give me it. They repeated all the time that, You not are resident from this country, I'm a student and I was paying for my attention They don't need to say all the time that. Bad service.

I went to shore care after being recommended to go there by health line for severe thoracic back pain and numbness down my arm. The nurse did not ask any questions about my pain and I later read the report sent to my GP and she rated it mild (which effects triage). The doctor dismissed the numbness in my arm saying it couldn't be related to my thoracic back pain. I only got an x-ray after pushing to get one. The doctor did not give me a script for any pain relief either. I am very disappointed by the care I received, especially since I am a nurse myself and sustained the injury at work. I feel my problem was completely dismissed.

Crazy busy (why do people not understand what an accident and emergency centre is...?) but they triaged efficiently and politely, and even with the number of patients coming through paid careful attention and did not rush us. Dr was lovely and nurses empathetic and warm. Well done for still smiling through the rush guys :)

Very very worst service in terms of waiting time today. my wife took my daughter with food poisoning she was constantly vomiting she could not even have water and she waited the for 3.5hrs finally her name was called and my wife just started walking to see the doctor he got some else before her and when my wife asked why is that they told you didn’t respond they don’t even saw that my wife was taking my daughter with her and was going to see the docotor. Then again after some time my wife asked the receptionist to check if any other doctor is able to take her in as my daughter was hungry and kept saying she had pain in tommy but she was totally ignored, than the receptionist replied to my wife you can’t talk to me like this that means they can behave however they like but you have no right to say a word to them. Such a same that we have to deal with this type of silly issues.

Shorecare is my go-to urgent care / after hours clinic. The staff are friendly and take the time to explain things well, and I've always had good experiences here. I've just read through some of the other reviews on here and wanted to add that as a medical professional myself, Shorecare is doing a great job overall. Wait times will always be unpredictable in a hospital or urgent care setting, that's simply a given, which the complainants don't seem to understand! Shorecare is a great urgent care facility.
