Great service and advice when we bought an inflatable paddleboard here - still very happy with purchase a year later. Had an issue recently with our pump so I called in to see if they could offer advice to fix it - they sorted it free of charge - fantastic customer service.

You will walk out of the store feeling like you have purchased from family. The staff are knowledgable and take pride in top notch customer service. I've rented from SUP centre for over 3 years. The team takes the time to listen to what activities are planned, your boarding experiences, and your boarding expectations. Armed with this information, the team recommends the perfect board for you to try out. As an incentive, some of your rental fees count towards the purchase of a board. I am now the proud owner of a Sixty Forty & a Whale Froth. Thank you SUP centre. This place does not disappoint.
Great up front advice and awesome after sales service. A screw broke on my SUP and the team at SUPcentre immediately mailed me a replacement. Awesome service!!
Talked to the staff on the phone about a second hand board they had in stock. They said it just needed one small repair done on it which they would have sorted before I arrived to pick it up in 2 days time. Drove up from Hamilton to collect only to find they hadn't completed the repair. They blamed the weather and being too busy with other customers. When you pay 1600 for a second hand board you don't expect to have to work on it yourself. Was really looking forward to getting the board but this just made it a bit of a disappointing experience.
