Dropped in to replace some parts on a rack I bought a few years back. The young fella pointed out that the straps were only affected cosmetically and I did not need new ones. Great honest service, would recommend. Well done Team.

I bought some Thule roof racks from here. Very fast and efficient, they installed them straight away. Try and talk to the young dudes in the shop as the older ones don’t take you seriously and give you weird looks. (I walked in and gave a classic kiwi head nod and the old dude just gave me a weird stare) otherwise it’s a great shop.
The Guys are very helpful. Rent me some Racks set them up Nothing seems to be to much trouble. Would reconmend anyday.

Price is a bit steep and I didn't feel staff were overly attentive or caring, but they do stock high quality products
Turned out my Mazda truck isn't ready for big weight on the roof and they didn't want to build me a heavy duty rack, they took time to explain why. Although I didn't agree I can understand that they don't want to be liable to any issues that might arise. Would still recommend the store because they actually care and aren't just looking for a quick buck. Friendly guys, good service.
