This is the best Timezone we have been to. They have laser tag and all the favorite selections of games. The Reward Shop is always stocked full of cool things. Staff are friendly, kind and accommodating. They really care about their customers.

Very different and kids favourite place. You can have 3 different cards and each game costs you as per that. We loaded 50 and got 80 balance which gave kids a margin to play different games. We topped up our card for 25 again which gave us 30 in total again. So i would say generous strategy implemented by the owner. Dodging cars, different gift winning games, car racing, bike racing games ,Laser tag , water fish game and many more. No games for under 5 years. Suggestion for the owner: One suggeation to the owner that you have got different gift winning games .For example i played a game in which i had to fit the fish in into the selected number to win the gift . I did fit the fish at Number 3 which had a gift of Oppo cell phone but nothing came out. Spoke to your staff and they took my details to get back to me later which is fine. But i would suggest if someone strikes it and nothing comes out there should be a way to find it out so that if a person has actually won something they get it or if they thought they have hit the target but they are mistaken, they should know it as well. Over all awesome experience.

Just a note for everyone that read terms and conditions of your TIMEZONE CARD, It can not be used throughout all the timezone venues in NZ as stated. As you will have to pay for more credit on another card to play the games you have promised your children. Should keep up your end of the bargain timezone . Now have two cards left with balances left on them. So dont buy more credit than you need for that session of gaming . One way of making money unused balances.

Great place for the kids to empty your pockets of any unwanted cash. They really enjoy themselves here and it is a safe place for them to be. Sweet

The paradise to my boy but a bit headache to me though. Good location, plenty of games. Nice floor plan and layout arrangements.

We had our daughters 7th birthday party there today. It was Fantastic. Highly recommend it. The kids each get a card and all yellow games are free for the hour party slot. Then you have 30 mins in the allocated party room. In our package snacks of popcorn, chocolate bar and a drinks were included. You can take your own cake and decorations. The staff were well organised and helpful briefing the kids before the party started and taking them to spend their money, 300 allocated points in the shop at the end. Thanks Timezone new market and staff for a great time.

Fun fun and fun. Needs stronger AC and is loud just FYI. Worth the effort and time, great value offered but the prezzies on offer don't reflect the tickets you get. Make it better, the amount you win doesn't match the cost of gifts.
