Don’t waste your time here. Rude receptionist was the start. Be prepared for a long wait. After two hours of sitting in the car they turned the lights out and closed the door. With no notice I waited 10 more minutes then left. 40 minutes later my phone went and they asked where I was. Apparently despite closed doors and no lights and no communication I was expected to wait in the dark. White Cross needs to realise they are a business and provide at least a modicum of customer service.

Extra ordinarily long waiting time. Had a few visit for a cracked bone, waiting time each visit more than 3 hrs once having only 4 patients in clinic. On asking a good reply comes back that priority patients first. Just for cast replacement more than 2.5 hrs spent in waiting without seeing the nurse. Please go to white cross New Lynn when the plan for the day is only to see doctor.

I had very bad experience today at this centre.they need some more training for how to talk with visitor who come to see doctor or any other person. Very bad.(its for receptionist).

Doctors and nurses are great, only downfall was when we arrived at 8.30pm, the receptionist told us they turned away 10 patients already as they close at 10pm, wasnt much people in the waiting room and i was sure we would be seen before closing time. We stayed, saw a nurse and doctor within under an hour. Maybe the receptionist wanted to go home on time to have a cup of tea, but she shouldnt turn away patience who come in seeking medical help. We could of gone straight to the hosp but why would you if you know it aint urgent enough to go. By reading all the reviews on the receptionist, now i know exactly what people are on about. She needs to improve on her customer service, otherwise stay out the back and clean.

Had to wait for 4hrs ok I get that on New Year’s Day but annoyed that someone they knew got in got their family checked out and X-ray done and back in. If we all have to wait that time so do they. Felt like I was dismissed all the doctor said was take some panadol didn’t tell me what I needed to do for the sprain and if it would be fine to do normal work duties. Also if you see them the night before and they tell you to have an X-ray done the next day and you get seen straight after that’s a lie you just have to wait the full time. If I had known this last night o would have found a place open for X-rays.

We visited on Monday after hours. We entered at 6pm and were told the wait time would be an hour. We finally met the doctor at 8.15pm who was lovely. But when we came out to pay the Pacific Island lady at the reception informed us that she had closed the till for the day and that we could only pay via internet banking. Which was no problem, we did. But what stood out was the rudeness and tone of that lady. Never mind being unapologetic of the situation, she did not have to be rude. I suppose this is what happens when you are forced to employ people who instead prefer getting the dole.
