Very long time to prepare the order. They don't understand you. We requested for less sugar, the order came out without sugar at all️. Very expensive! Waste of money.

Too sweet even I ordered no sugar green tea! I opened the lid and found it was not made of real tea but tea powder!!! And it cost me over 10 dollars!! Just had a sip and threw the whole cup of drink away. Thanks for letting me know how much I could save from not buying real tea.

So disappointed cuz the taro milk tea was trash. It had taro flakes in it which gave it an uncomfortable texture when drinking. Also, huge rip off . cost 10 bucks ;(. Going gong cha next time

Ordered a Taiwan red oolong with less sugar. Was delicious and exactly what I needed on a hot summer day.

Loved their new Korean grape drink series! Although you have to pay extra to swap sugar out for their new artificial sweetener stevia in their drinks which is a bummer as the price difference in the cost of sugar and stevia isn’t much.

I had Wu Cha from the Newmarket branch the other day and was really impressed with their brown sugar pearl milk tea so I thought that next time I get bubble tea, I should only go to Wu Cha. I tried this branch as it is closer but was really disappointed as the same drink didn’t taste as good as the one I got from NM. Guess I’d just have to stick to one branch

Taste is very tame (not much of tea in the mixed), Cosy but untidy. Lots of room for improvement!
