Our group of 9 (from all over NZ) had booked at this restaurant for lunch. As we drove in, the views were magnificent, especially at the car park. We were duly shown to our table and our drinks and food order was taken. Our group had ordered the lamb, fish of the day, lunguini, butchers cut and the Platter, essentially all the mains on the menu. The food came promptly and was delicious. When 1 of our group member had a slight challenge with his meal, Claire was so wonderfully patient and amazing in giving us a solution. With such stunning views ahead, gorgeous food, amazing service (Claire and Maria) and a picturesque "Grand Canyon" double as a back drop, this place deserves a 6 star rating.

This is probably one of the best Otago vineyards to visit. Friendly staff, breath taking views, good food and quality wine at reasonable prices.
Beautiful location, great views. The ladies were the best, so helpfull. Book ahead for the restaurant as it books out fast. Buy you favourites and have them shipped home. Roaring Meg Rose was awesome
We didn't eat here, cause resturant is not really suitable for kids, but stopped to buy some wine and WOW. Scenery is just stunning, now i see why wine is so good. Friendly staff. Highlight of my day.

I can’t remember if I liked any of the 30 undescribed wines on the menu. We’d hoped for the intimate wine tasting we encountered at every other winery, but instead found ourselves rushed and uncomfortable, feeling like we were taking shots of wine at a bar. The view is of their own wine factory below and faces nets and roads and a hint of the mountains. Go to one of the smaller vineyards for a tasting and spare yourself the 10 wine sampling that would have been better served as a flight. While we can’t comment on the food menu, we came in with high recommendation and were very disappointed.
