They have a professional approach to pet care. We didn't put in a blanket for our cat, she is flying to Brisbane, so they are giving her one of theirs. She will be well looked after. It's pretty stress free once you hand them over.

I can recommend Auckland Airport Pet Services as I recently had a large dog flown from Auckland to Christchurch with them. The service was second to none, great communication and my dog arrived as scheduled. Price was very reasonable, service was excellent, staff were fantastic. They even solved the problem of a cage as well. Highly recommend using this company.
I don't often write a review but i feel that these guys deserve it. I had moved all they way to the UK at the start of this year.As this is a fairly big move, dealing with Auckland Airport Pet Services made things feel much smoother and reduced the anxiety. The staff are extremely warm, friendly and efficient! You can see they have a passion for their animals and love what they do! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I will definitely be spreading the word. Thanks a million guys!
I have used Auckland Airport Pets numerous times and the last time just recently sending 2 pups overseas. The communication was outstanding and I was kept up to date with everything, even getting a photo of the 2 pups at the kennels before flying. Highly recommended for anyone wanting first class service

Recently brought my dog over from NZ to Australia. Andrea made it so easy for me, process was a breeze. Had difficulty with Qantas changing my dogs flight time but in the end it was sorted. Also price affordable and was able to make weekly payments which worked really well. Thank you Andrea and Team for making this process was easy for me. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent service and you can feel that they love animals, which is by far the most important. Our cat arrived from Auckland to New york perfectly. Surely tired as we were, but now a new jersey resident! Many thanks again to all the team! We cannot me happier
Amazing Service - Thanks to Airport Pets the whole process of exporting two Johnston Bulldogs was seemless. They arrived in Australia happy!!!! They are not the smallest of dogs and I was super nervous they would not handle the trip, but your team were awesome - Special mention to Lindy who was amazing and the team at the lodge for looking after our babies during the transition. Much appreciated and would definitely be recommending. Super, Super happy and look forward to working with you guys again if required.
