Jetpets take care to guide you through all the paperwork, include arranging a vet check and other legalities, as well as taking special care of your pet. Our dog, Tilly, was the only dog flying on the day she was picked up from her home in New Zealand going to Australia. So they let her out of her crate so she could roam the office. They sent photo updates of her playing, which made me feel so much better. I was able to pick her up in Australia within an hour of her landing. There were no complications and everything went smoothly. Tilly was very happy to see us at the other end. I would recommend Jetpets for their fantastic service and would most certainly use them again. They are reasonably priced, which covers everything including the vet check. Thank you Jetpets for delivering Tilly safely to us with the least amount of stress.
Simply AMAZING!!! Can not recommend these guys enough. Sommer-lee from jetpets Auckland is an absolute miracle, she organised transport to and from vets, got all vet checks, vaccinations and microchip and helped with the boarding kennels prior. The work she done to fly our daughter's dog from NZ to Perth was a stress free and very professional service...without her I really don't know what I would have done. Was extremely happy with the service they provide and will definitely be a return customer...our daughter's dog was well looked after and all this done in these challenging times of covid.

We recently transported a piglet with Jetpets from the North Island to the South Island and I can't speak highly enough of this business. The transport process was clearly explained from the start, clearly priced, and made things very easy on our end. And what a fantastic bunch to deal with! Absolutely lovely staff, very helpful, and obviously a crew of animal lovers (which goes a long way when you're dropping off a loved pet in a strange environment). I wouldn't hesitate to transport pets with them again in the future.
I highly recommend Jetpets Auckland if you need to send your pet abroad, Jetpets Auckland organised the relocation from Auckland to Amsterdam for our 12 year old dog Kaya. The staff was always friendly when I called and helpful with every step during the process. Samantha her pet handler took excellent care for Kaya on the day she travelled and we got a pet report card before her flight. When she arrived in Dubai after a 17 h flight we got an update that she travelled well and was in good health. She had eaten her food and was happy. Kaya stayed overnight in Dubai and the next day she arrived happy and healthy in Amsterdam Thank you so much Jetpets team
Very happy with service. Clearly explained emails couple of days before leaving. My daughter cats sent from Melbourne to us in Auckland. Picked up at her house day before. Friendly staff member. Accommodation overnight out of crate. Updates received. In Auckland Sam was lovely and she rang and explained handover details and approx eta. Arrived on time and very smooth process. This is the worst pet travel company by a long shot. From expensive quotes to misleading information and poor treatment of staff (my partner used to work there), I would tell my worst enemy to steer clear of these people, let alone the public. They quoted us over double the price of other companies, and in the end told us they can't even fly international (why did they give us a quote in the first place?!). I think it's time Jetpets closed their business and gave up trying to scam people. DO NOT USE THEM.
