Super happy with my two thermos flasks. After buying thermos flasks from Warehouse and Kmart that fell apart in weeks, finally found that this quaint little shop still sells quality stuff. True, they were not cheap but they work absolutely amazingly. Went camping in freezing conditions in winter but tea still hot in the flask the next day. How good is that!

Batteries are sold after sitting dead flat on the shop floor for months and months. They do no maintenance charging in store. The shop keeper accepted back batteries bought same day dead flat but would not honor the 12 month warrantee on another previously purchased battery which has never had the life that it claimed to have. "We've been doing this for 20 years and we don't need to charge the batteries because they go in and go out" despite selling 10 month old batteries that are dead flat. RE: I did not use a 3 way fridge for a year on the battery. I said that it can't run the three way fridge for even ten minutes due to the diminished capacity and then the shop keeper says Well you used a three way fridge, the warrantee is void. That battery was sold to me after likely sitting in the shop flat for months. I didn't check it immediately after buying, so didn't try to return it until after I figured out what had happened to lower the capacity so much. Picture is of the batteries that I bought 'new'
