I ordered my product online and called the next morning to ask if it could be shipped quickly (needed a fan asap, to cool down the room where my baby sleeps). The lady I spoke to was very friendly & helpful. The very next day, the package was on our doorstep! Very happy with our product, impressed with customer service and amazed by the fast shipment! THANK YOU :)

Refused Refund even after written confirmation and agreement. Purchased a overnight bag. On the first and only hike I had a horrible experience to which bags straps kept loosening and the shoulder straps rubbed horribly leaving bruises. Only had around 15kg in a 70L bag. Emailed my experience and advised this bag had been used on a hike. Communication with Operations Manager was standard, agreed on return of product & refunded. I was unable to return it myself and agreed that I just needed to call once it had been dropped off to arrange refund (as friend was unable to access my eftpos card for instant return & refund). Another Manager then emailed after return of bag, to say they will not issue my refund as it had been used and had no tags. Despite the fact it was already mentioned, and agreed refund will be provided, they then had the audacity to tell me to clean it and sell it on Trade Me. I had spent over 750 in store trying to support a local business rather than buying online and am appalled at the experience and service I had received. As attached, communication was very clear that refund will be provided.
Good helpful staff. Had to return a tent, and had no issues. They have a range of tents set up indoors.
Good shop with good product but poor service took up three gas cylinders to the counter and ther was one man talking about fishing knots so I waited and waited then a second lady appears but did not seem interested in serving me!!! In the end a young man asked if he could help me and told him he could keep there gas cylinders!!! The young man was the only one who offered to help me but by then I had decided to leave !!!
