Am absolutely in love with this company! I first tried these treats for my dog at a dog pop up store and he kept begging for more. I use this as his dessert or high value treats because he can't get enough of them! The best thing about it is the mussel treats which are HUGE. Definitely try them out, your pup will go crazy for them.

The first packet of Gourmates I bought was the Calamari, it was different to what I had seen on the market and I was intrigued. On first opening I was blown away with the colour, size and smell of the Calamari treats, they don’t smell like “dog food” they smell like fresh seafood you would buy for yourself. The freeze frying process locks in suburb flavour and nutrients. My dog Ace goes crazy for them and I feel very confident when feeding her treats that I am giving her the best single ingredient treats out there. We love them and always have a bag or two on hand!
My dog is an absolute fiend for these treats! I’m a big fan of giving him the mussel treats which I highly recommend. I’ve purchased a couple different brands that have mussel treats and didn’t think much of the size but Gourmates have the biggest mussels I’ve ever seen! I love the branding and the customer service, ordered from their website and received them in 48hrs. Also appreciate it’s a small nz business (support local!) who are environmentally conscious. Just try one packet - your dog will go nuts!
My dogs have tried the Calamari, Mussels and Lamb. They loved them all. I appreciate the environmentally friendly packaging, single ingredient treats and that they're nz owned and operated.
Our first purchase from Gourmate was their Christmas Crackers. The packaging was so cute and that’s what it caught my eyes. Then my puppy Mino has been obsessed with their calamari treatos and we’ve come back to purchase a few packages so far now. All their treats are human graded and also made from high quality ingredients. We definitely recommend to all pups #happytummy :)
Our girls LOOOOOVE these, and I love that they're a healthy quality treat with no fillers or nasties.
