It was my birthday and mum and me had gone to a 'nice' cafe originally but the service was a bit frosty. I said "shall we get a bacon butty instead?". Well well, we made the right decision. The guy serving us was just so energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about what he's doing. We ended up getting the bap (secret bap!) and I had mine with egg. YUM. I'd recommend getting a good coffee from somewhere like the Black Dog on the main road, then get your bap and find a beautiful spot near the eel filled river. Bliss! To eat something delicious is great, but to be served with joy is divine.
