We had a group of 10 and we couldn't fault the vehicle and the service. It all went without a hitch and we were treated as valued customers. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend them any higher. Thank you for helping to make our time in Christchurch most enjoyable.

I hired a moving truck for the first time. Excellent service. Anand and the team were efficient with fantastic manners and people skills. Would definitely recommend and use them again

Easy booking system but went downhill from there. Booked a truck 2 days before lockdown was announced last year. Couldn't get money back so got a credit. Rebooked same truck a few weeks ago and got charged more because prices had gone up. Covid is nobody's fault but I thought we were to be kind to one another. Manager was to give us a credit but havent seen it. Worst bit was when the truck (badly) leaked diesel on the drive of the rental we were moving out of and all over our brand new drive. Staff weren't concerned..seemed like an everyday occurrence to them..so be warned!!
Worried at first on the truck's performance since we were relocating to Masterton all the way from Christchurch. But in the end the truck was excellent. The staffs were helpful too. Slight inconvenience was I had to drive back to Wellington for the drop off. Tiring and crazy trip, Remutaka winding road was no joke! 5 star experience nonetheless!
Excellent friendly customer service. We got a great deal from Hireace Christchurch for our community project - much appreciated!
