We had a really good experience here on a busy Saturday Easter weekend. In and out in 2 hours. Friendly, happy and warm reception staff. Understanding and compassionate male nurse and a wonderful “let’s get you fixed” Dr Mary. A great alternative than the Emergency Department.

Reception staff lovely, triage nurses patient, and the doctor - what an absolute champ. Dr. Davies sorted me out late into his shift and had a smile the whole time. For an Afterhours clinic, best experience I've had.

Two and half hours waiting. Better to make situation seem worse than it is seems to work with other people to be seen first. Recommend going straight to christchurch hospital..

2nd time being here after hours and just like last we waited 2 hours to not be seen and we walked out. Not only that but if you are not seen by the second doctor you void the acc claim. The place is soo infuriating, why they can't just see us like normal GP I don't know. 90 down the drain, I'll be complaining to Pegasus themselves

We had a great experience with staff really nice and helpful , especially Dr Lee. I also checked the Google review which showed the busiest times and got in ahead of the rush. I can’t believe all the whining and whinging by other reviews - what do people expect from an after hours service ... a 2 min service for no charge ????

An absolute joke. Don't bother going, especially if you are concerned that you have a ACC covered break. They charge you for the x-ray, then hold you hostage for hours, threatening to charge more for the x-ray if you leave. Unless you want to pay hundreds you are stuck.

Waited about 2 1/2 hours which wasn't too bad for a Friday night.Thanks to the triage nurse Jamie who was so lovely & kind to me. :)
