A must stop when you are in Central Otago! We have been through an esquisite tasting in such a beautiful environment. Cloudy Bay wines were already amongst my favourite but I have to say the shed completed perfectly the elegance of their work. Thank you for this beautiful journey across the exceptional Cloudy Bay wines.

The road in had surface flooding on it and was covered with small grit/chip. The rough road contrasted sharply with what we would find in the fancy ambience of the tasting rooms. There's a lovely stream that is by the steps on the way in. We were warmly greeted by our wine tasting host whilst still making our way to the glass sliding door. She asked us to sign in with the QR code or sign in on the sheet of paper before entering. It is our habit to sign in everywhere so we felt a bit affronted as we had not yet had the opportunity to do so! Once inside, the atmosphere was warm & cosy compared to the 8C outside. There were many indoor & outdoor tasting spaces, depending on how many in your group. It was 15 for 5 tastes of our choice. The person serving us the wine was knowledgeable. I was introduced to the artist Jenny Mehrtens - lovely work! It was not easily apparent to me that this winery was suitable for wheelchair access, but perhaps via the service delivery area?
Excellent experience when I came to buy a bottle of wine. Service outstanding, friendly and professional and what a beautiful location. Would come back here for something to eat and to enjoy the view next time.

Perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine whilst sampling Cloudy Bay’s finest! Tasting prices very reasonable given the quality of local Pinot on offer and sampling plates were great, allowing you to enjoy at your own pace in the stunning outdoor setting. Thoroughly enjoyed the more casual interactive experience with the cellar door staff who were all very informative and clearly have a passion for both the region & viticulture in general.

Beautiful venue and very friendly staff. Food and wine tasted great. Really worth visting!
A bit pricy on tasting but you can get to try some nice wines. There were only one staff when I visit and she was handling 2 groups, will be great to have at least two staffs.
