Absolutely loved my hair cut done by Darlene. She listened to what I wanted, gave me some real good tips. She was very professional with excellent skills. I wish her good luck for future and look forward to having my hair done by her again. Highly recommend. Thank you so much Darlene.

I thought id be nice and help a student with her hair exam thing.(silki) But I must say for someone who was on her last 2 weeks of course she was very rough and unprofessional. She didnt explain anything to me during the process, pushed and pulled at my heard very roughly, didnt talk to me at all (would have been nice to have a conversation so it wasnt as awkward). When she finished she didnt give me any advice on what to do and what not to do (it was chemically straightened so I needed alot of care info)it did look good on top but underneath was fried. I confided in her about it about a week later asking what to do. She had no idea. Instead she told me to just straighten it again (that would have killed my hair even more) she tried saying it was just summer frizz but I know for a fact that it was completely fried. She said she couldn't do anything about it and I said I'd make a complaint if nothing gets done becuase I trusted in her to do my hair and she cant help me. She told me Wednesday she will let her trainer know (today) just for her trainer to ring me and have a go at me for bullying her?? Apparently she is in a bad way and what I did was wrong ? I simply asked for help beciase I'm embarrassed to have to hide my hair now but her trainer conny/konny decided to be very unprofessional and have a go at me for her students mistake...I didnt bully her or say I was going to sue, she needs to learn that she made a mistake otherwise she wont pass or have any happy customers....I'm saying this in the nicest way possible.
