Step Bro

Credit where it’s due, amazing customer service, great communication and extremely professional. But this low rating is because I simply can not justify the price. After a 200 inspection fee they quoted a cost of 1500 to repair my headlight. I found the part online (brand new) for 80 delivered, and replaced it myself in an hour. I just can’t understand how they can even justify that much of a mark up...

Warren in the parts department started with a 5 but slowly slipped to a 1 !! Looking for roof racks and was provided with a price ,but when we asked for a photo to confirm what we were looking for as he called them rails . After numerous emails still waiting .
