If I could give 0 star, I would. Doesn't give information or communicate to customers on what to expect and what he would recommend. Had the keratin treatment that made my hair greasy and heavy. Charged exorbitant amount for a hair cut (less than a few minutes) on top of the service. Charges additional 3% or something ridiculous for credit cards. This man is out to rob and doesn't care about you. Don't visit this place, plenty of better hairdressers out there. Only thing is this guy opens on Sunday. This is why I went there in the first place and never again

I had such bad experiences in the past with hairdressers, but from my very first cut with Denis he had put me at ease, and had always left salon feeling completely in love with my hair.. he also advises practical and professional advice. Hair Xper!!! A beautiful Experience! I had half a head of highlights and haircut both at this salon. I have a widows peak at the front of my hairline which is sometimes very difficult to highlight and have walked out of many salons before, without hairdressers catching it right. I can honestly say the hair experts at Hair Xper did a fantastic job, probably the best set of highlights I have ever had. It looks so natural and these guys gave me great advice on toners, treatments and haircut options. Really lovely people. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back for sure. Thank you so much!!
I've been seeing Denis since he opened his salon. I even travelled from PNG twice a year to get my hair fixed by this man. Wonderful cut, colour and keratin. My hair is afro difficult, dry and when he's done boom! Gorgeous! Note he is a one man band and he takes walk ins so prepare to wait as he multi tasks. Remember small business need to maximise income. I dont care because my hair is always super model Pantene ad worthy
In the 31 years of my life I never had a very bad haircut experience, until now at this horrible place. The barber is in too much of a hurry to care about the haircut he is doing. To anyone who might be reading this, stay away from this place as much as possible. Trust me.
