Excellent store, wide open show room with all the equipment and gear you need for your next adventure.

Great shop. As at this very moment has the best range of mens trousers in Hamilton. Only four stars because my clothes were not folded properly before putting in the bag. Which is one star all by itself. The store is wonderfully presented. Easy to navigate around and find the section you want to go too. The bargain bin is a must visit before getting to the counter. Staff are well presented and polite. They occasionally get very busy and you might not get personal service in a busy time. In quite times you always get acknowledged and they're there if you need them. You should never walk past the clearance items racks too. Its worth the look!

Super friendly genuinely knowledgeable staff, great shop with broad range of quality brands. The reduced price stuff is an incredibly good deal, worth popping in periodiclly to check what's going half price!

Staff actually know about the outdoors and what gear suits what sort of activity you're into.

Unfriendly, not helpful. Go to trek n travel instead!! Amazing service there! Bit disappointed at the lack of customer service at bivouac. Stood for 10 minutes looking at their display of hiking shoes with 2 staff chatting to each other few meters behind me and not once did either ask "do you need any help". Felt awkward to disrupt their conversation so left and bought my hiking boots from super helpful 'Trek n travel' other side of town.

Went in there just for a browse. Awesome shop and the young lady that works there must be one of the friendliest retail sales ladies I have ever met.
